1. ABOUT DEALIFY
Dealify is a platform that helps users get better deals on hotel bookings and car purchases by allowing them to upload an existing quotation received from a hotel, car dealer, or authorized seller. Dealify attempts to provide a better price through negotiations, partnerships, or hidden partner rates.
Dealify does not directly sell cars or hotel rooms, and acts only as a deal facilitation and comparison service.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- You must be 18 years or older to use Dealify.
- By using Dealify, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using Dealify, you agree:
- To upload genuine and valid quotations received from authorized hotels or car dealers.
- Not to upload fake, altered, or misleading quotations.
- To ensure all personal and contact information provided is correct.
- Not to misuse the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes.
Dealify reserves the right to reject or suspend requests if false or suspicious information is found.
4. HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
- User uploads a valid quotation for a hotel or car.
- Dealify reviews the quotation.
- Dealify attempts to negotiate or source a better offer.
- If a better deal is available, it is shared with the user.
👉 Dealify does not guarantee that a better deal will always be available.
5. NO PRICE GUARANTEE
While Dealify aims to beat the uploaded quotation, price improvement is not guaranteed.
- Prices depend on availability, dealer response, location, timing, and market conditions.
- Final pricing is subject to confirmation by the hotel or car dealer.
6. BOOKINGS & PURCHASES
All hotel bookings and car purchases are completed directly with the respective hotel or dealer.
Dealify is not responsible for:
- Cancellation policies
- Refunds
- Service quality
- Delivery delays
- Dealer or hotel disputes
Any such issues must be resolved directly with the service provider.
7. FEES & COMMISSION
- Dealify may earn a commission or referral fee from hotels or dealers.
- Users are not charged any upfront fee unless explicitly mentioned.
- Any future service charges will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
8. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
- Once a user confirms a booking or purchase directly with the hotel or car dealer, Dealify has no control over cancellations, refunds, or modifications.
- Any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling is governed strictly by the hotel's or dealer's own cancellation policy.
- Our service fee is non refundable in case of any booking Cancellation.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, logos, branding, text, and visuals on Dealify are the property of Dealify.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without written permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dealify shall not be liable for:
- Any financial loss, indirect damage, or inconvenience.
- Errors or delays caused by hotels, dealers, or third parties.
- Failure to secure a better deal.
- User decisions made based on the offers provided.
Use of Dealify is at your own discretion and risk.
11. DATA & PRIVACY
- User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
- Uploaded quotations and personal details are used only to provide better deals.
- Dealify does not sell personal data to unauthorized third parties.
12. TERMINATION
Dealify reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.
- Modify or discontinue services without prior notice.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
- Dealify may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Udaipur court.
